云浮市中心城区首位度的现状及提升对策

Present Situation of the Primacyratio in the Downtown Area of Yunfu City and the Countermeasures for its Promotion

云浮是中国广东最年轻的地级市,城市首位度低。该文通过构建城区首位度评价指标体系,以云浮市所辖的两区两县一代管市为研究对象,用两城市指数对云浮中心城区的首位度进行测算和评价,研究发现:云浮中心城区首位度处于低首位度状态,且有进一步降低的趋势。原因主要是云浮市整体经济落后和历史较短、地理限制及体制不顺,提升云浮中心城区首位度,要从融入粤港澳大湾区、壮大中心区规模、转型升级产业及完善中心城区功能等方面全面推进。

Yunfu is the youngest prefecture-level city in Guangdong province,China,and it’s urban primacy index is low.By constructing the urban primacy index evaluation system,this paper takes the two districts,two counties and one administrative city under the jurisdiction of Yunfu city as the research object,calculates and evaluates the primacy of downtown area of Yunfu city with the two city’s index.It is found that the primacy of downtown area of Yunfu city is in a low state,and has a further downward trend.The main reasons are that the overall economy of Yunfu is backward,its history is short,geographical restriction and system are not smooth.To improve the primacy of downtown area of Yunfu city,it is necessary to integrate into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,expand the scale of the downtown area,transform and upgrade industries and improve the functions of the downtown area.
