高校辅导员法治素养培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of College Counselors'Legal Literacy

培育高校辅导员法治素养既是落实全面依法治国战略的现实要求,又是维护学生权利、培养学生法治思维以及防控学生管理法律风险的客观需要。高校辅导员法治素养由法律认知、法治情感与法治意志等方面构成。当前高校辅导员法治素养的培育面临着高校辅导员法律知识基础相对薄弱、法治情感与法治意志之间相互疏离、责任观念培养目标的要求与大学生膨胀权利意识相冲突等诸多挑战。对此,需要不断提升高校辅导员的法律知识认知,强化他们的法治情感,持续构建法治建设的职业共同体。

The cultivation of college counselors'legal literacy is not only the practical need for the implementation of managing the state affairs in accordance with the law,but also the objective need for the maintenance of students'rights,cultivating their legal thinking and the management of students'affairs.The law literacy of counselors at colleges and universities are composed of legal cognition,the emotion and will of the rule of law.At present,legal literacy of college counselors is faced with various challenges such as relatively weak legal knowledge base,the alienation between the emotion of the rule of law and the will of the rule of law,and conflict between the training objectives of the concept of responsibility and the inflated right consciousness of college students.Accordingly there is need to constantly improve the legal knowledge cognition of college counselors,strengthen their legal emotion and constantly build a professional community for the construction of the rule of law.
