Research on the Development of International Exchange and Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double High Program"Construction

开展国际交流合作是“双高计划”建设的重要内容,是高职院校面向世界、提升国际化办学水平的重要举措。目前高职院校国际交流合作发展还存在国际化办学理念滞后、规模小、进程慢等问题。“双高计划”建设背景下,高职院校开展国际交流合作要完善管理运行机制,深化内涵式发展,多维并举、多管齐下推动国际交流合作发展。

To carry out international exchanges and cooperation is an important part of the construction of the"Double High Program"and a significant measure for higher vocational colleges to face the world and improve the level of international education.At present,there are still problems in the development of international exchanges and cooperation in higher vocational colleges,such as being lagged behind in the concept of international education,small scale and slow progress.In the context of the construction of"Double High Program",higher vocational colleges need to improve the management and operation mechanisms,deepen connotative development and deal with the above issues in a multi-pronged way to promote the international exchanges and cooperation.
