1682A重型卧车加装推进器的设计改造

Design Renovation of Thruster Mounted on 1682A Heavy Horizontal Lathe

在重型卧式车床上加装推进器可以极大地提高机床加工内孔的效率,因有大量百吨级电站空心主轴产品加工需求,但是现有的大多数深孔钻床不具备大功率、大扭矩、高效率的特点,无法保证产品的交货工期。为解决生产瓶颈,经充分讨论研究后决定对1682A型重型卧式车床进行相应设计改造,加装推进器装置。

To mount thruster on heavy horizontal lathe could evidently improve inner hole processing efficiency on the machine.Delivery time of hundred tons of hollow spindles used for electric station could not be guaranteed by the existing deep hole drilling machines processing without high power,big torque and high efficiency.To solve production bottleneck,corresponding design renovation has been carried out to mount thruster on 1682A heavy horizontal lathe.
