摘要 西安跨灞河悬索桥主索鞍鞍槽采用在主缆通过平面内设计仅有竖向弯曲的鞍槽满足线形需要,主索鞍鞍体采用铸焊结合的结构,鞍体轮廓尺寸大,制造难度大。本文从几个方面进行工艺研究,通过分析该桥的结构特点,借鉴以往悬索桥索鞍的制造经验,制定出合理的制造工艺,解决了生产制造中的难题,保证了主索鞍体各项指标满足要求。 Main cable saddle groove of suspension bridge over Bahe River in Xi′an has been applied only vertical bending shape designed in the plane where main cable passed through to meet needs.The main cable saddle body adopted casting and welding structure with large profile to increase manufacturing difficulty.By technical researching on several aspects,analyzing structural characteristics of the bridge and utilizing former manufacturing experience of suspension bridge cable saddle,reasonable manufacturing process has been established to solve manufacturing problems and guarantee indexes of main cable saddle body to meet requirements.
