摘要
5CrNiMo钢经过热处理后容易产生白点,且材料的热强性、耐磨性和回火稳定性较差,分析表明,通过适当调整淬火后冷却方式以及优化回火参数,可以获得比较好的性能指标。
After heat treatment,5CrNiMo steel is easy to produce white spots,and the thermal strength,wear resistance and tempering stability of the material are poor.The analysis shows that better performance indexes can be obtained by properly adjusting the cooling mode after quenching and optimizing the tempering parameters.
