摘要
对受大冲击载荷的铸焊结构的大型63 t上锤头的制造工艺进行了分析研究,确定了合理可行的工艺方案,提高了上锤头的制造质量,延长了使用寿命。
The manufacturing process of the large 63 t upper hammer with a cast-welded structure subjected to a large impact load has been analyzed and researched,and a reasonable and feasible process plan has been determined,which improved the manufacturing quality of the upper hammer and prolonged the service life.
