摘要
大规格冷轧辊在电渣冶炼过程中会产生液析碳化物及非金属夹杂物,辊坯中存在的液析碳化物和非金属夹杂物是锻造过程产生裂纹性缺陷的诱因。因大规格冷轧辊辊径与辊身的规格差距较大,在辊径锻造过程中会产生裂纹性缺陷并使裂纹性缺陷扩展,最终导致冷轧辊超声检测缺陷超标。
In the process of electroslag smelting,liquid carbide and non-metallic inclusions will be produced in large size cold roll.The existence of liquid carbide and non-metallic inclusions in roll billet is the inducer of crack defect in forging process.Due to the large gap between the size of the roll diameter and roll body of the large cold roll,the crack defects will occur and expand in the process of the forging of the large cold roll,and finally lead to the ultrasonic inspection defects of the cold roll exceed the standard.
