随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,要解决发展不平衡不充分的主要矛盾,乡村振兴具有基础地位和战略意义。产业发展和振兴则是乡村振兴中必须抓住的“牛鼻子”,是实现乡村振兴重点、难点和必由之路。在此背景下,在产业发展过程当中应当以农业供给侧结构性改革为主线,通过在生产方面因地制宜选择主要产业,推进信息化带动农业产业化,以大数据为支撑发展乡村电子商务,在人才支撑方面,通过培育新型职业农民,在思想方面培育基层党建人才,在维护农民权益方面建设法治人才队伍,通过强化人才振兴,从而全面振兴乡村产业,助力乡村振兴战略的实现。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,rural revitalization has a fundamental position and strategic significance in addressing the major problem of unbalanced and inadequate development.Industrial development and revitalization is the“bull nose”that must be grasped in rural revitalization,and it is the key,difficult and only way to achieve rural revitalization.In this background,in the process of industrial development shall be based on agricultural supply side structural reform as the main line,through the adjust measures to local conditions to choose the main industry in terms of production,promote the informatization drive agricultural industrialization,to big data to support the development of rural e-commerce,in the aspect of supporting talents by cultivating new professional farmers,talent cultivating basic party in mind,in safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers to build a team of legal talents,through strengthening talent revitalization,so as to comprehensively revitalize rural industries,help the realization of rural revitalization strategy.
