摘要
诚信是个人立身之本,也是文明社会的道德根基。小学阶段是良好道德行为习惯养成的重要时期,诚信教育从小抓起,是立德树人和坚定理想信念的一项基础工作。从外部环境、内生动力以及实现方式三个方面对小学阶段诚信教育存在的主要问题进行分析,可以发现目前小学诚信教育面临环境复杂、动力不足以及方法僵化等多重困境。马克思主义人学理论关于人的全面自由发展,人的本质的社会性、实践性与现实性等特征的论述为优化小学诚信教育提供了重要启示,也为打破当前困境提供了科学思路,具体的实现路径及措施可从拓宽途径、创新方法和完善机制三方面着手。
Honesty is the essence for people and the moral ground of a civilized society.The primary stage is an important period for children to cultivate good moral behaviors.Honesty education starts from childhood,which is a basic work for cultivating morality and strengthening ideals and beliefs.The study on the subject of honesty education at different stages is of great significance to the perfection of honesty education.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in honesty education in primary schools from three aspects:external environment,endogenous motivation and implementation mode,and finds that honesty education in primary schools is faced with multiple dilemmas such as complex environment,insufficient motivation and rigid methods.Marx’s Humanism provides important enlightenment for the optimization of honesty education in primary schools about the free and overall development of human beings,the sociality,practicality and reality of human nature,which provides scientific ideas to break the realistic dilemma.On the one hand,it reflects that honesty education in primary school is indispensable;on the other hand,it reflects that the realization of good honesty education requires efforts in education environment,education form and education method,and we can start from the three aspects of broadening the ways,innovating the methods and perfecting the mechanisms.
