地方普通本科高校应用性转型的困扰及其突破 被引量:8

摘要 地方普通本科高校应用性转型是优化我国高等教育结构,实现高等教育错位发展与良性竞争的重要战略举措。地方普通本科高校作为转型主体,应深化理论认知、找准转型定位、明晰人才培养目标、创新人才培养体系、构建校企双主体协同育人模式、狠抓"双师型"教师队伍建设等,为转型实践奠定坚实的基础。地方政府及教育行政主管部门则须进一步完善相关体制机制,落实高校分类管理制度、健全校企合作管理机制、建立"双师型"教师培育机制与转型评估制度等,为地方普通本科高校转型实践创建完备的转型环境与条件。 The applied transformation of local ordinary undergraduate universities is an important strategic measure to optimize the structure of my country's higher education and realize the dislocation development and healthy competition of higher education.As the main body of transformation,local ordinary undergraduate universities should deepen theoretical cognition,identify transformation positioning,clarify talent training goals,innovate talent training system,build a school-enterprise dual-subject collaborative education model,and pay close attention to the construction of"dual-professional"faculty,etc.,lay a solid foundation for the transformation practice.Local governments and educational administrative departments must further improve relevant systems and mechanisms,implement the classified management system of colleges and universities,improve the management mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,establish a"dual-qualified"teacher training mechanism and transformation evaluation system,for the transformation of local ordinary undergraduate universities,creating a complete environment and conditions for transformation.
