摘要
"双减"政策是我国教育进入高质量发展轨道的重要战略决策,从学校课后服务水平、课堂教育教学质量、教师参与课后服务等方面对义务教育阶段学校和教师提出了新要求,但也将不可避免地给教师带来工作负担加重的风险。研究以风险管理理论为依据,搭建教师工作负担的风险管理框架,通过识别和分析这一政策给教师带来工作负担加重的外显型风险和内隐型风险,提出以学校层面的风险控制为基本核心,以家庭层面的风险分散为基础保障,以社会层面的风险分散为必要补充的三方联动式风险化解之策。
The"double reduction"policy is an important strategic decision to enter the high-quality education development track.It puts forward new requirements for schools and teachers in the compulsory education stage in terms of after class service,classroom teaching quality and teachers'participation in after-school services.But this policy will inevitably bring the risk of increasing teachers'workload.Based on the theory of risk management,this study aims to build a risk management framework for teachers'workload,identify and analyze explicit and implicit risks that this policy brings.Also,this paper proposes a tripartite joint risk resolution strategy including school-level risk control as the basic core,family-level risk dispersion as the basic guarantee,and social-level risk dispersion as the necessary supplement.
