摘要
目的了解中医疫病学课程实际实施情况、效果及学生满意度,找出教学过程中存在的问题及影响因素,提高课程教学质量。方法采用问卷调查法,基于CIPP评价模型结合中医疫病学课程特色构建评价指标体系,从背景、输入、过程、成果4个维度对课程、学生、教师、总体满意度4个方面进行评价。结果研究发现学生对课程总体评价较高,课程实施整体效果较好,但在课程实施过程中也存在一些问题,比如课程思政教育效果不理想,考核方式不够全面,学生学习投入不足。结论中医疫病学课程的开设,为学生提供丰富的中医疫病理论知识,扩展学术视野,培养中医辨证思维,是中医人才培养中的一次大胆且有益的探索。
Objective This research aims at investigating the actual implementation,teaching effects and student satisfaction of this course,identifying problems as well as influencing factors in the teaching process,thus to improve the quality of teaching.Methods Based on CIPP evaluation model with the characteristics of this course,a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the curriculum,teaching,students and overall satisfaction from the following four dimensions:background,input,process and outcome.Results The findings show that the students’overall evaluation of the course is high,and so is the overall teaching effects.However,there are some problems such as undesirable teaching outcomes of integrating ideological and political elements into the course,inadequate forms of assessment,and insufficient time and energy spent in learning.Conclusion The running of this course is a bold and rewarding exploration,providing students a wealth of knowledge of TCM epidemiology,expanding their academic horizons,and cultivating their dialectical thinking of TCM.
