摘要
为了解首批砺剑工程实施效果,系统地总结经验、发现问题、提出建议,利用柯氏模型对问卷数据和系统中的业务量数据进行评估,得到4个层次的研究结果。包括:①反应层:学员对砺剑工程和轮训单位总体满意度较高;②学习层:学员阅读中医经典和总结病例的频率增多,学员参与砺剑工程后各项能力均有提高;③行为层:学员工作积极性、工作质量、工作效率提高,原单位同事评价学员各项能力有所提高,学员产生了积极影响;④结果层:学员在原单位和轮训单位的业务量平稳上升,能较好地发挥跟师专长。砺剑工程在培养中医药人才方面取得良好成效,同时在经费保障、宣传力度、轮训范围方面还需不断完善。
In this research,the Kirkpatrick model was used to evaluate the questionnaire data and business volume data in the system,so as to assess the effects,summarize the experiences,identify problems and provide suggestions for the first implemented Lijiang Project.The results can be divided into four levels.Response level:The students are generally satisfied with the Lijian Project and training units.Learning level:the frequency of reading TCM classics and the number of summarizing cases has increased,and students’abilities have improved since participating in this project.Behavior level:Trainees’work enthusiasm,quality and efficiency in working have been improved.Colleagues in the previously worked hospitals evaluate the students’abilities have improved,which exerted a positive impact on students.Result level:The business volume of the student-trainees in the former units and the training units has risen steadily,and they can make the best use of expertise from teachers.The Lijian Project has achieved good results in cultivating TCM talents,nevertheless,more should be done to improve its effects in terms of funding guarantees,publicity efforts,and the scope of rotation training.
