节制闸牛腿裂缝检测及加固处理

针对节制闸牛腿使用过程中出现裂缝情况,通过采用无损检测技术,对牛腿的抗压强度、混凝土表面碳化深度、混凝土内部缺陷及裂缝深度进行详细检测,按照相关规范对牛腿进行承载力验算,分析牛腿开裂的主要原因。根据牛腿受损情况,提出了相应加固处理方案,为同类工程提供可借鉴的经验。

In view of the cracks in the use of control brake bracket,by using non-destructive testing technology,the compressive strength of bracket,concrete surface carbonization depth,concrete internal defects and crack depth are examined in detail,the bearing capacity of bracket is checked and thE-main causes of cracking are analyzed according to National Code.According to the damage of bracket,the corresponding strengthening scheme is put forward,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
