摘要
超临界水氧化技术是一种高效且很有发展潜力的危险废弃物无害化处理技术。本文综述了超临界水氧化技术的机理以及其在含油污泥处理方面的研究现状,总结了反应温度、压强、停留时间、过氧比、催化剂、共氧化剂等因素对含油污泥处理效果的影响,对比了几种超临界水氧化反应器及处理工艺,并对超临界水氧化技术在含油污泥无害化处理方面的应用进行了分析。
Supercritical water oxidation technology was an efficient and potential harmless treatment technology of hazardous waste.In this paper,the mechanism of supercritical water oxidation technology and its research status in oily sludge treatment were reviewed,the reaction temperature,pressure,residence time,oxygen ratio,catalyst,antioxidant and other factors on the effects of the oily sludge treatment were summarized.Several kinds of supercritical water oxidation reactors and treatment processes were compared,the application of supercritical water oxidation technology in the harmLess treatment of oily sludge was analyzed.
