摘要
为提高钢领品质和生产效率,从制造工艺、材料选用与表面处理方法、跑道截面形状、安装方式等方面介绍钢领的技术进步;分析现有连接方式的缺陷,结合卡扣式结构的应用实践,提出在钢领与钢领座之间应用卡扣式连接的创新思路及其应用优势。指出:将卡扣连接方式用于组合式钢领,能减少零件使用数量、节省原材料,提高装配效率,降低生产成本;钢领板表面更加清洁,便于纺纱工艺管理、改善纺纱环境视觉效果以及制造复合功能型钢领座;目前,钢领与钢领座卡扣式连接仅是设想,有待进一步验证和客观评价。
In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of ring,the technological progress of rings is introduced from the aspects such as manufacturing process,material selection and surface treatment,track section shape and installation mode.By analyzing the defects of the existing connection mode and combining with the application practice of the buckle type structure,the innovative ideas and its application advantages of the buckle type connection between ring and ring holder are put forward.It is pointed out that the buckle type connection used for assembly ring can reduce the number of parts,save raw materials,improve assembly efficiency and reduce production cost.The surface of the ring rail is cleaner,which is convenient for spinning process management,improving the visual effect of spinning environment and manufacturing composite functional ring holder.The buckle type connection between the ring and ring holder is only an idea at present and needs further verification and objective evaluation.
