浅议细纱工序产质量控制方法

Discussion on Yield and Quality Control Method of Spinning Process

为了提高细纱工序的产质量,详细分析牵伸部件运行状态、粗纱定量和捻系数、钢领与钢丝圈选型、优选集合器和胶辊、操作管理、原料选择以及温湿度控制等对细纱产质量的影响,并总结出相应的提升措施。指出:细纱工序的产质量对成纱的产质量有重要影响;纺纱生产设备是基础、操作是关键、工艺是核心;加强人、机、料、法、环5大基础管理,不断优化工艺、优选器材,做好过程控制,形成规范、严谨有效的质量保证体系,是提升细纱工序产质量的关键。

In order to improve yield and quality of spinning process,the influence of the running state of drafting parts,roving weight per unit and twist factor,the selection of rings and travellers,the selection of collectors and cots,the operation management,the selection of raw materials,the control of temperature and humidity on the yield and quality of spinning yarn are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding improvement measures are summarized.It is pointed out that the yield and quality of spinning process has an important influence on the yield and quality of yarn.Spinning production equipment is the foundation,operation is the key,and process is the core;the key to improving the yield and quality of spinning process is to strengthen the basic management of human,machine,material,method and environment,optimize the process and accessories,do a good job in process control,and form a standardized,rigorous and effective quality assurance system.
