摘要
随着科学技术的发展,喉癌的治疗已经从手术切除和清理周围淋巴组织延伸到化学治疗、物理治疗以及综合治疗,但是患者的生存率和生活质量仍未见明显改善。近年来对分子生物学治疗方面加快脚步,利用致癌基因和抑癌基因来探索靶向治疗,其中研究方面较多且全面的是RNA,包括非编码小RNA(miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),还有近些年研究较多的环状非编码RNA(circRNA)。本文就近几年探索非编码RNA在喉癌方面所产生的影响进行综述。
With the development of science and technology, the treatment of laryngeal cancer has gradually extended from surgical resection and clearance of laryngeal cancer tissue to chemotherapy, physical therapy and comprehensive treatment, however, the survival rate and quality of life of patients have not been significantly improved. In recent years, the pace of molecular biological therapy has been accelerated, and oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes have been used to explore targeted therapies, among which RNA has been studied extensively and comprehensively, including non-coding small RNA(miRNA) and long-chain noncoding RNA(lncRNA), as well as circular RNA(circRNA). We review the recent exploration of the effects of non-coding RNA in laryngeal cancer.
