质量保证视域下高职院校发展型资助工作体系的完善

The Improvement of Development-oriented Funding System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Quality Assurance

高职院校完善与新时代发展需求相适应的贫困学生发展型资助工作体系,有利于促进学生平等发展、全面发展、自由发展,但当前存在的资源短缺、管理运行机制不完善、评价监督机制不够科学等因素影响了高职院校发展型资助工作体系的效能。从质量保证视域看,建设管理服务平台实施全面资助,构建多元参与机制实施精准资助,评价资助工作质量并持续改进,可以完善高职院校发展型资助工作体系。

To higher vocational colleges,the improvement of a development-oriented funding system in line with the needs of the new era for their students from poor families can make great contributions to the equal,all-round and free development of the students.However,the problems including lack of resources,imperfect management and operation mechanism and unscientific evaluation and supervision mechanism have affected the efficiency of the system.From the perspective of quality assurance,the system will be improved by building a management and service platform for comprehensive funding,constructing a multiple subject participation mechanism for targeted funding,and making evaluation on funding work for continuous improvement.
