On Cultivation of Online Teaching Assessment Literacy of College English Teachers

摘要 大学英语教师线上教学测评素养的建构可从以下层面展开:宏观层面,基于智慧教育和学习测量的视角更新教师的测评理念;中观层面,基于信息技术与大学英语课程的融合、学生角色的重新定位和教师身份的转换建构教师测评认知;微观层面,从测评视角关注以测辅学,选择教学平台和智能测评方法等,开展教师测评实践。 The online teaching assessment literacy of college English teachers can be cultivated from the following three perspectives.From the macrocosm view,the assessment ideas will be updated on the basis of smarter education and measuring learning;from the mesocosm view,the assessment cognition will be constructed by integrating IT with college English curriculum,repositioning the student’role and switching teachers’role;from the microcosm view,the assessment practice should focus on measurement-assisted learning as well as the choice of smart assessment methods and teaching platforms.
