On Construction of Labor Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

劳动教育是新时代教育改革的新课题、新任务,在“五育并举”教育新格局中开展高职院校劳动教育,推动实现教育立德树人的根本任务,必须紧密围绕高职院校产教融合、校企合作的办学方向,突出劳动育人的内涵要义与目标任务,结合高职院校以就业为导向的劳动育人特色,从目标、课程、实践、保障、评价等方面构建劳动教育体系,将工作过程引领的职业教育改革理念引入劳动教学过程之中,跨界重组劳动课程内容,实现职业类型教育下正确劳动观念培育与精湛劳动技能训练之间的有效匹配。

Labor education is a new subject and task of education reform in the new era.To carry out labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new paradigm of“simultaneous development of five educational dimensions”and promote the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people through education,we must closely focus on the school running direction of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and highlight the connotation,essence,objectives and tasks of labor education.Combining the characteristics of employment-oriented labor education in higher vocational colleges,we should build the labor education system in terms of objectives,curriculum,practice,guarantee and evaluation,introduce vocational education reform led by the working process into labor teaching process,and restructure the content of labor courses across borders,thereby realizing the effective match between the cultivation of right view of labor and the training of exquisite labor skills under career-type education.
