基层医疗机构护士心理弹性现状及影响因素

Study on status and related factors of resilience among nurses in primary medical institutions

目的调查四川省绵阳市基层医疗机构护士心理弹性现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法2019年9—12月,采用方便抽样法对四川省绵阳市社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院的248名护士,通过自制的一般资料量表、Conner Davidson心理弹性量表、马斯勒倦怠量表和简易应对方式问卷进行调查。结果基层医疗机构护士的心理弹性总分为51.56±13.77,其中坚韧性维度得分为25.35±7.65,力量性维度得分为18.75±4.88,乐观性维度得分为7.46±2.63。多重线性回归结果显示,积极应对、个人成就感和情感衰竭均是基层医疗结构护士心理弹性的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论基层医疗机构护士心理弹性偏低。基层医疗机构应关注护士的心理弹性,结合医疗机构实际情况,开展相关培训教育,制定全面的护士职业规划,提供多种体现职业价值的岗位或晋升机会。

Objective To investigate current status of resilience among nurses in primary medical institutions in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province,explore its influencing factors.Methods Totally 248 nurses were collected from the community health service centers and township health centers in Mianyang City of Sichuan Province by convenience sampling from September to December 2019,and investigated by the self-designed general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale,Maslach burnout inventory and coping style questionnaire.Results The total score of resilience among nurses in primary medical institutions was 51.56±13.77,of which the score of tenacity,strength and optimism dimensions was 25.35±7.65,18.75±4.88 and 7.46±2.63,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that positive coping,personal sense of achievement and emotional exhaustion were the influencing factors of resilience of nurses in primary medical institutions(all P<0.05).Conclusion The resilience of nurses in primary medical institutions is at a low level.The primary medical institutions should pay attention to the resilience of nurses,carry out relevant training based on the actual situation of medical institutions,develop a comprehensive nursing career plan,and provide a variety of the post or promotion opportunities that reflect professional values.
