上海市闵行区新冠病毒疫苗接种点医务人员新冠肺炎防控知识现况调查

A cross-sectional study on prevention and control knowledge about Coronavirus Disease 2019 among healthcare workers in vaccination service site in Minhang District of Shanghai

目的了解新冠病毒疫苗接种点人医务人员新冠肺炎防控知识知晓现况,为保障新冠病毒疫苗接种安全,提升新冠病毒疫苗接种服务。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2021年5—6月在上海市闵行区新冠病毒疫苗接种点(闵行区体育馆)参与新冠病毒疫苗接种的医务人员,使用自制问卷通过微信开展调查。结果上海市闵行区新冠病毒疫苗接种点医务人员新冠肺炎防控知识总体得分为16.81±2.79,总体平均知晓率为76.46%。常态化防控基本知识为4.80±0.93,平均知晓率80.22%;新冠肺炎基本得分知识为4.66±0.92,平均知晓率为77.69%;新冠病毒疫苗接种知识得分为7.35±1.54,平均知晓率为73.46%。女性、预防医学专业、学历较高、职称较高及工龄较高的医务人员新冠肺炎相关知识得分高于其他人员,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。所有知识条目知晓率中,分区分级精准防控要求执行率最高(97.21%),密切接触者最低(21.83%);有14项条目执行力≥80%,6项条目执行力≤60%。结论上海市闵行区新冠病毒疫苗接种点医务人员新冠肺炎防控知识掌握程度较低,应加强场所内医务人员新冠肺炎防控及新冠病毒疫苗接种相关知识的培训,提高医务人员的专业能力。

Objective To investigate the awareness status of prevention and control knowledge about Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)among healthcare workers in vaccination service site,ensure vaccination safety and improve vaccination service.Methods Using convenience sampling,the healthcare workers that involved in COVID-19 vaccination in Minhang District vaccination service site(Minhang District Gymnasium)from May to June 2021 were collected.The investigation was carried out by using self-designed questionnaire through Wechat.Results Overall score of COVID-19 prevention and control knowledge among healthcare workers in vaccination service site in Minhang District of Shanghai was 16.81±2.79(overall average awareness rate was76.46%).Average scores of different dimensions were as follows:basic knowledge of normalized prevention and control was4.80±0.93(average awareness rate was 80.22%),basic knowledge of COVID-19 was 4.66±0.92(average awareness rate was 77.69%),knowledge of COVID-19 vaccination was 7.35±1.54(average awareness rate was 73.46%).The scores of COVID-19 related knowledge in healthcare workers who are female,preventive medicine major,with higher educational background,higher professional title and longer working years were higher than those in other healthcare workers,and differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Among awareness rates of all questions,the implementation rate of precise prevention and control was the highest(97.21%),the definition of close contacts was the lowest(21.83%),and there were 14 questions with awareness rate≥80%and 6 questions with awareness rate≤60%.Conclusion The awareness of knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and control among healthcare workers in vaccination service site in Minhang District of Shanghai is low.It is necessary to strengthen the training on knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and control,and vaccination among healthcare workers in service site,and improve professional ability of healthcare workers.
