某部325名士兵自我控制力与手机依赖的相关性

Correlation between self-control and mobile phone dependence of 325 soldiers in a troop

目的探讨某部士兵自我控制力与手机依赖的相关性。方法2019年10月—2020年1月,便利抽样法选取某部325名参训士兵为研究对象,采用基本情况调查表、自我控制量表和手机成瘾指数量表对其开展问卷调查。结果325名士兵的自我控制力平均得分为70.70±10.98,手机依赖平均得分为33.83±9.85。使用手机主要动机、平均每天手机使用时长及是否坚持规律体育锻炼均对士兵自我控制力和手机依赖有影响(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果表明,士兵的自我控制力与手机依赖呈负相关(r=-0.511,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,自我控制力与平均每天手机使用时长能够预测士兵手机依赖总变异的28.9%(F=60.895,P<0.01)。结论士兵的自我控制力与手机依赖呈负相关,可以通过端正士兵使用手机主要动机、控制平均每天手机使用时长、坚持规律体育锻炼等方法干预,提升士兵自我控制力,避免手机依赖的发生。

Objective To explore the correlation between self-control and mobile phone dependence of the soldiers in a troop.Methods From October 2019 to January 2020,325 soldiers who participated in the training were selected by the convenience sampling,and a questionnaire survey was performed by the general questionnaire,self-control scale(SCS)and mobile phone addiction index(MPAI).Results The score of self-control and mobile phone dependence among 325 soldiers was 70.70±10.98 and 33.83±9.85,respectively.The main motivation of using mobile phones,the average daily time of using mobile phones and whether regular exercise had a certain influence on the self-control and mobile phone dependence of the soldiers(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation results showed that self-control was negatively correlated with mobile phone dependence in the soldiers(r=-0.511,P<0.01).Further multiple linear regression analysis suggested that self-control and average daily time of using mo bile phones could predict 28.9%of the total variation in mobile phone dependence of the soldiers(F=60.895,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a negatively correlation between self-control and mobile phone dependence in the soldiers.It is feasible to improve self-control by correcting the main motivation of using mobile phones,controlling the average daily time of using mobile phones,insisting on regular exercise and other methods of intervention,so as to further reduce and avoid the behavior of soldiers’mobile phone dependence.
