急性肠缺血的影像诊断现状及研究进展

Current situation and research progress of imaging diagnosis of acute intestinal ischemia

急性肠缺血是指由多种病因及危险因素引起肠系膜血流供应缺乏或回流受阻从而导致肠壁出现不同程度病变及损害的肠道疾病。其起病隐匿,早期诊断和治疗对患者的预后极为关键。医学影像技术的不断发展为肠缺血的诊断提供了重要价值,本文就该病目前影像诊断现状及研究进展做简要概述。

Acute intestinal ischemia is a kind of intestinal disease,which is caused by a variety of causes and risk factors,such as lack of mesenteric blood supply or backflow obstruction,resulting in varying degrees of intestinal wall lesions and damage.Early diagnosis and treatment are very important for the prognosis of patients.The continuous development of medical imaging technology provides an important value for the diagnosis of intestinal ischemia.This paper briefly summarizes the current status and research progress of imaging diagnosis of the disease.
