超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断和临床分型的应用价值

Application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children

目的探究小儿阑尾炎采取超声检查的诊断及临床分型价值。方法回顾性分析,纳入2015年6月至2020年12月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的疑似小儿阑尾炎患儿80例,其中男47例、女33例,年龄(6.35±2.48)岁,均接受超声检查,分析对比手术病理结果与超声检查结果;计数资料组间比较采用χ^(2)检验,评估诊断准确性。结果80例患儿经手术病理检查确诊率为98.75%(79/80),经超声检查确诊率为92.50%(74/80),超声诊断分型结果与手术病理结果对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.754,P=0.053)。结论小儿阑尾炎应用超声诊断及分型具有显著的临床应用价值,进而为临床疾病诊断及后期治疗提供可靠参考。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children.Methods This study was a retrospective study.Eighty children with suspected appendicitis admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2015 to December 2020 were included,including 47 boys and 33 girls,with an age of(6.35±2.48)years old.All children were examined by ultrasound.The results of surgical pathology and ultrasonography were compared.χ^(2) test was used to evaluate the accuracy of diagnosis.Results Of the 80 children,79 cases(98.75%)were diagnosed by surgical pathology,and 74 cases(92.50%)were diagnosed by ultrasound.There was no statistically significant difference between the results of ultrasonic diagnosis and surgical pathology(χ^(2)=3.754,P=0.053).Conclusion Ultrasonography has significant clinical application value in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children,which can provide a reliable reference for clinical disease diagnosis and later treatment.
