摘要
工程网络计划技术自诞生以来,因其较横道图计划具有明显优点而发展迅速,并得到工程进度控制广泛应用。它不当是一种科学的计划方法,而且更是一种科学的动态控制方法。本文分析了网络计划技术的核心内容及工期优化、调整方法,并以兴文县莲花镇熊家湾滑坡地质灾害防治工程为例提出了工期优化原则、步骤,以双代号网络图法,结合工程现场情况,通过逐步优化、调整网络图,最终使工程总进度目标得以实现,从而达到缩短工期、提高效益的目的。
Project network planning technologyhas obvious advantages over the horizontal chart scheme.Therefore,it has obtained the rapid development and the widespread application.It is not only ascientific planning method,but also a scientific dynamic control method.This paper analyzes the core content of network planning technology,time limit optimization and adjustment method and puts forward the principle and steps of time limit optimization by the example of the Xiongjiawan landslide control engineering.Thanks to gradual optimization the network diagram by use of double-code network graph method combined with the engineering site conditions,the goal of the overall progress of the project has been achieved,shortening the construction period,improving the efficiency.
