社会从工业1.0时代发展到4.0工业深度自动化阶段,对于工业生产过程采用PID、分类、回归、聚类等算法,实行自动化控制,并衍生了不少智能控制手段。未来工业生产的机电技术的智能化发展还会更加深入,衍生出更加先进、更加智能的应用。文章分析了工业过程控制自动化、智能化等,探索目前工业过程控制自动化中的智能控制应用,展望未来从自动化到智能化的发展趋势。

The society has developed from the industrial 1.0 era to the 4.0 industrial deep automation stage. For the industrial production process, PID, classification, regression, clustering and other algorithms are used to implement automatic control, and many intelligent control means have been derived. In the future, the intelligent development of electromechanical technology in industrial production will be more in-depth, and more advanced and intelligent applications will be derived. This paper analyzes the automation and intellectualization of industrial process control, explores the application of intelligent control in industrial process control automation, and looks forward to the development trend from automation to intellectualization in the future.
