社会效益首位,社会与经济效益协调推进,是我国文化产业发展的战略导向。然而,当前我国文化产业的进展与预期却存在较大差距。预期不足的负向量问题甚至已经演绎为社会问题、文化问题抑或发展瓶颈问题。想要从根本上解决问题,就必须形成所在问题域治理效能凸显的“中国方案”,迅速推进文化产业基础理论建设。而在推进文化产业基础理论建设中,应切实遵循习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,始终贯彻社会主义核心价值在所议知识域精准而全面的价值嵌位;切实遵循文化发展规律及其在产业形态中的诸多价值理性原则;切实遵循经济运行规律及其在推进文化产业中的一系列产业发展内在条件。
