基于文献计量学和可视化技术分析弥漫性内生型桥脑胶质瘤的全球研究现状及趋势

Analysis of global research status and trends of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma based on bibliometrics and visualization technology

目的探讨弥漫性内生型桥脑胶质瘤(DIPG)的全球研究现状及发展趋势。方法检索2001—2021年Web of Science数据库上关于DIPG治疗的英文文献,用计量学方法对文献进行可视化分析,并分析其发表趋势。结果共纳入817篇文献,在DIPG研究领域全球出版文献处于逐年增加趋势,其中美国文献发表量最大(447篇),其次是德国(91篇)及英国(86篇)等,中国发表的文献排在第六位(69篇)。发表文献最多的作者是Broniscer A(35篇,被引2664次)。文献发表量最多的期刊是Journal of Neuro-Oncology。世界范围发表文献最多的机构是美国圣犹达儿童研究医院,中国发表文献最多的机构是首都医科大学附属天坛医院。文章研究领域位于前三位是肿瘤学(353篇)、神经科学(256篇)及外科学(150篇)。相关研究热词前五位依次为DIPG、胶质瘤、脑干、儿童、儿科学,最近研究热词为表观遗传学及组蛋白3第27位赖氨酸(h3km27)等。结论全球对DIPG治疗方面研究呈增加趋势,美国贡献度及关联度方面最大,中国在该领域研究方面也有较重要贡献,该领域研究主要涉及肿瘤学、神经科学、外科学及儿科学,将来的研究热点可能仍为表观遗传学等相关研究。

Objective To investigate the global research status and development trend of diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma(DIPG).Method By searching the English literature on DIPG treatment on the Web of Science database from 2001 to 2021,we used metrological methods to visually analyze these literatures and analyze their publication tendency.Result A total of 817 articles were included,and the number of publications in the DIPG research field was increasing year by year.Among them,the number of publications in the United States was the largest(447 articles),followed by Germany(91 articles)and the United Kingdom(86 articles).The literature published in China ranks 6th(69 articles).The author commanding the most published literature was Broniscer A(35 papers,2664 citations).The journal with the most publications was the Journal of Neuro-Oncology.The institution with the most publications worldwide was St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital,and the institution with the most publications in China was Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University.The top three research fields of articles were oncology(353 articles),neuroscience(256 articles),and surgery(150 articles).The top five hot words in related research were DIPG,glioma,brainstem,children,and pediatrics.The most recent research hot words were epigenetics and h3k27m.Conclusion Research focusing on the treatment of DIPG is showing an increasing trend globally.And the United States makes the greatest contribution and most correlation.Meanwhile,China also makes remarkable contributions that should not be ignored in this field.Subjects including oncology,neuroscience,surgery,and pediatrics are the most critical aspects involved in the field of relevant research.The future research hotspot may still pay great attention to subjects such as epigenetics.
