基于焦点解决模式改善初次诊断肿瘤患者情绪及应对方式的应用研究

Focused solution model in improving emotion and coping style of cancer patients with initial diagnosis

目的探讨焦点解决模式在初次诊断肿瘤患者情绪及应对方式中的应用效果。方法将2019年3—11月的40例患者作为对照组,2019年12月至2020年8月的40例患者作为试验组。研究过程中失访7例,最终对照组37例,试验组36例。对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组干预基础上提供基于焦点解决模式的心理干预,比较两组患者情绪及应对方式。结果干预后,试验组患者正性情绪评分明显高于对照组,负性情绪评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。干预后,试验组患者面对、回避评分均明显高于对照组,屈服评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论焦点解决模式可改善初次诊断肿瘤患者的情绪并改变其应对方式。

Objective To explore the effect of focused solution model in emotion and coping style of cancer patients with initial diagnosis.Method A total of 40 patients from March 2019 to November 2019 were selected into the control group and 40 patients from December 2019 to August 2020 into the experimental group.7 cases were lost during the follow up,finally,37 patients were in the control group,and 36 patients in the experimental group.The control group was treated with conventional psychological care,and the experimental group was provided with focused solution model on the basis of that in the control group.The emotion and coping style of patients in the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the score of positive emotion in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the score of negative emotion in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01);the scores of coping style and avoidance dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of yield dimension was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Focused solution model can improve the emotion and coping style of cancer patients with initial diagnosis.
