基于技术接受模型和计划行为理论的“互联网+护理服务”患者采纳意愿研究

Patients’Adoption Intention to“Internet+Nursing Service”Based on Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior Theory

目的基于技术接受模型和计划行为理论,分析影响“互联网+护理服务”患者采纳意愿的因素,以期为可持续发展以及相关政策制定提供有价值的建议。方法2021年1-2月,采用便利抽样选取某三级甲等医院的患者234例为调查对象,以自行设计问卷对其进行“互联网+护理服务”采纳意愿调查,以结构方程模型分析数据。结果患者行为意愿、态度、感知有用性、感知易用性、主观规范、感知风险、感知成本等维度均分分别为(3.69±0.53)分、(4.07±0.54)分、(4.41±0.53)分、(2.91±0.69)分、(4.10±0.56)分、(3.91±0.57)分、(3.80±0.63)分。感知有用性以及感知成本是患者采纳态度的影响因素(均P<0.001),路径系数分别为0.36和0.32,态度影响患者采纳行为意愿(路径系数为0.43,P<0.001)。结论服务提供方可增加护理服务项目供给,保障服务质量以提高患者感知有用性;政府部门可将相关费用合理纳入医保,降低患者的感知成本;平台、医疗机构以及社区应加大宣传,共同推进“互联网+护理服务”可持续发展。

Objective To analyze the factors influencing patients’adoption intention to“Internet+Nursing Service”based on the technology acceptance model and the theory of planned behavior,and to provide reference for the future development and decision-making.Methods From January to February 2021,234 patients from a Level 3 Grade A hospital in the Quzhou City of Zhejiang Province were selected by the convenience sampling method,and a self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted.The structural equation model was used to analyze the data.Results Patients’behavioral intention,attitude,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,subjective norms,perceived risk,perceived cost and other dimensions were(3.69±0.53),(4.07±0.54),(4.41±0.53),(2.91±0.69),(4.10±0.56),(3.91±0.57),(3.80±0.63).The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived cost were the significant influencing factors for adoption attitude(P<0.001)with path coefficients of 0.36 and 0.32,respectively,and attitude was the important influencing factor for patients’behavioral intention to“Internet+Nursing Service”(P<0.001)with a path coefficient of 0.43.Conclusions Service providers can enrich the supply of nursing service items and guarantee the quality to improve the perceived usefulness of patients.Government can formulate relevant policies to reasonably incorporate the related expense into medical insurance to reduce the perceived cost of patients.Platforms,medical institutions,and communities should enhance the publicity and jointly promote the sustainable development of“Internet+Nursing Service”.
