孕产妇身体意象体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative Studies of Body Image Experience among Maternal:A Meta-Synthesis

目的系统整合孕产妇身体意象体验的质性研究,为孕产妇围产期管理提供参考依据。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、PsycINFO、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL及中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库中收录的关于孕产妇身体意象的质性研究文献,检索时限为建库至2020年10月。结果共纳入15项研究,提炼出26个研究结果,归纳为10个新类别,形成4个整合结果:孕产妇身体意象体验特点;影响孕产妇身体意象体验的因素;负性体验突出,渴望得到多方面外界支持;适应身体变化,获得正性体验。结论家庭、社会及医疗机构应相互协作,加强对孕产妇身体意象的关注,给予情感支持及信息指导,帮助其平稳渡过妊娠期,从而促进母婴健康。

Objective To systematically review the body image experience among maternal,and to provide reference for perinatal management.Methods PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang database and SinoMed were searched to retrieve qualitative studies published from inception to October 2020 regarding body image experience among maternal.Results Totally 15 studies were included and 26 findings were summarized.Then 10 new categories were generated and finally 4 synthesized results were obtained:characteristic of maternal body image experience,factors affecting maternal body image experience,prominent negative experience and eagerness for various external support;adaption to physical changes and support from positive experience.Conclusions Family,society and medical staff should cooperate with each other,pay more attention to the body image of maternal,and provide emotional support and information guidance,which will help maternal get through pregnancy smoothly,and promotethe health of maternal and infants.
