多学科团队护理模式在肺癌患者行CT引导下射频消融术围术期的应用效果

Effect of Multidisciplinary Team Nursing Model in Patients with Lung Cancer Undergoing CT-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation During Perioperative Period

目的探讨多学科团队护理模式在肺癌患者CT引导下射频消融术中应用的效果,以期为提高肺癌患者射频消融术护理质量提供参考。方法2020年6-7月,以某院需行CT引导下经皮穿刺射频消融术的肺癌患者(n=52)为对照组,采用常规护理;8-9月的患者(n=53)为观察组,采用多学科团队护理模式。收集两组患者射频消融术围术期的相关资料,比较术前准备完成率、候检时间、手术时长、术中意外事件发生率、术后并发症发生率和对护理工作的满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组术前准备完成率高(81.13%vs.53.84%),候检时间少[41.2(18.5,61.8)vs.55.7(26.7,78.5)min],手术耗时短[7.2(6.1,9.2)vs.9.5(7.2,11.3)min],术中意外事件发生率低(11.32%vs.23.08%),术后并发症发生率低(5.61%vs.15.38%),且满意率较高(98.42%vs.80.77%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论多学科团队护理模式在肺癌患者行CT引导下射频消融术的围术期护理中能有效提高术前准备质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of a multidisciplinary team nursing model in patients with lung cancer undergoing CT-guided radiofrequency ablation during perioperative period,and to provide reference to improve the clinical treatment.Methods Lung cancer patients requiring CT-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation in a hospital enrolled between June and July 2020 were treated as the control group(n=52)and adopted routine care.Patients of the same category enrolled from August to September 2020 were selected as the observation group(n=53)and adopted multidisciplinary team nursing.The waiting time,the completion rate of preoperative preparation,the duration of radiofrequency ablation,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of nursing work were compared between these two groups.Results The preoperative readiness rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(81.13%vs.53.84%,P<0.01).The waiting time was also shorter than that of the control group[41.2(18.5~61.8)vs.55.7(26.7,78.5)min].The duration of radiofrequency ablation was less than that in the control group[7.2(6.1,9.2)vs.9.5(7.2,11.3)min],while the incidence of intraoperative accidents was lower than the control group(11.32%vs.23.08%).Besides,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5.61%vs.15.38%),and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher(98.42%vs.80.77%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)Conclusions The multidisciplinary team nursing model has obvious advantages in the perioperative nursing of patients with lung cancer undergoing CT-guided radiofrequency ablation,which is worthy of promotion.
