To summarize the nursing care and guidance of early oral feeding for a newborn infant with Pierre Robin Sequence.A Multidisciplinary Consultation was established to formulate nursing interventions.Chose side lying and 45°prone position to maintain airway patency.Conducted comprehensive intervention of feeding facilitating techniques(FFTs)combined with oral movement.Chose long drip nipple feeding bottle and cleft lip and palate baby special feeding bottle according to sucking condition and milk quantity.Strictly control the neonatal intake.The infant was discharged after 6 days.3 months later,the baby was fed by exclusive breastfeeding and the follow-up results were satisfactory.
