硝酸钾胁迫对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘要 本试验探究了不同浓度(0、30、60、90、120、150 mmol·L^(-1))的硝酸钾对小白菜种子萌发特性、耐盐性和生长特性的影响。结果表明,硝酸钾胁迫对小白菜萌发具有明显的抑制作用,随着硝酸钾浓度的增加,小白菜种子萌发受到的抑制作用越大,种子的发芽指数、活力指数、胚根和鲜重等均呈不断下降的趋势,且浓度越高,下降的速率越快。胚根、胚芽生长对于不同盐浓度十分敏感,盐浓度较高时,胚根、胚芽无法正常生长,种子萌发受到严重抑制。120、150 mmol·L^(-1)硝酸钾处理对小白菜种子活力有很强的抑制作用,相关指标下降幅度明显。 This experiment explored the germination characteristics and salt tolerance and growxh characteristics of different concentrations(0,30,60,90,120,150 mmol·L^(-1)) of potassium nitrate on pakchoi seeds.The results showed that nitrate stress had a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of pakchoi.With the increase of potassium nitrate concentration,the more inhibited the germination of pakchoi seeds,the germination index,vigor index,radicle and fresh weight of the seed all showed a declining trend,and the higher the treatment salt concentration,the faster the decline rate.The growth of radicle and embryo was very sensitive to the treatment of different salt concentration.When the salt concentration was high,the radicle and embryo couldnot grew normally and the seed germination was severely inhibited.The 120 mmol·L^(-1) and 150 mmol·L^(-1) potassium nitrate treatments had a strong inhibitory effect on the seeds of Chinese cabbage,and the related indexes decreased significantly.
