不同品系铁皮石斛组培苗农艺性状比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Agronomic Characters of Tissue Culture Seedling of Different Strains Dendrobium candidum

对浙江大金、贵州德卧、贵州龙广、云南文山等4个不同品系铁皮石斛的株高、茎长、茎粗、叶片数、根数、重量等农艺性状进行调查分析,并对相同时间的各指标增长量进行比对分析,旨在为铁皮石斛的优质品种选育提供理论依据。结果表明,各个品系铁皮石斛农艺性状间存在一定差异,茎的性状与茎粗、根长极显著相关;不同品系之间的营养需求量存在较大差异,贵州德卧品系表现出良好的性状。

To provide theoretical for selecting high quality varieties through comparative analysis on agronomic characters and the correlation of tissue culture seedling of four strains Dendrobium candidum.Investigating the plant height、stem length、stem diameter、leaf number、root number and weight of four different strains that from Daikin Zhejiang、Dewo Guizhou、Longguang Guizhou、Wenshan Yunnan,and at the same time comparison analysis the various index increase.The resuts showed that there were some differences in agronomic traits among different strains of stem traits were significantly correlated with stem diameter and root length traits.There were also great differences in nutritional requirements between different strains,Guizhou Dewo strains still perform good traits.
