破解农民共同富裕之难的创新路径研究——以浙江省为例

Research on Innovation Paths to Solve the Difficulties of Farmers’ Common Prosperity——Taking Zhejiang Province as an example

共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,农民农村共同富裕是中国实现共同富裕的重要内容和难点。浙江促进农民农村共同富裕的突破口与主攻点是"提低扩中",可从五个方面重点着力:深入推进"三位一体"农村新型合作经济改革;促进民营企业向"共富企业"转型升级;促进美丽乡村向"共富乡村"的迭代升级;打造共同富裕文化与人文场景;加快城乡基本公共服务均等化进程。

Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinesemodernization. The common prosperity of farmers in rural areas is a major part and difficult point for China to achieve common prosperity. The breakthrough of Zhejiang’s promotion of farmers’ common prosperity in rural areas lies in “upgrading the low and expanding the middle”, which can focus on five aspects: promoting the “Trinity” new rural cooperative economic reform;encouraging the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises to enterprises of common prosperity;furthering the iterative upgrading of beautiful villages to villages of common prosperity;creating a cultural and humanistic scene of common prosperity;and accelerating the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.
