摘要
为了提高大型集装箱船冷藏集装箱配电的连续性和系统冗余性,以国内某首制2万箱级超大型集装箱船为研究对象,创新性地提出了一种分区配电网络的设计方案。该方案根据其设计理念、网络构成、各节点设备配置情况,在船舶电站配电系统搭建时,最大限度地降低因船内局部供电中断导致大量冷藏集装箱不能正常工作的风险;同时针对馈电屏内断路器的框架值决定这一电气设计难点,结合正态分布数学模型,使得单路断路器能在99.9%以上的场合为所有冷藏集装箱提供电力,实现合理选型。通过船东实船营运验证了该设计方案的实用性及可靠性。
To improve the continuity and system redundancy of refrigerated container power distribution of large container ships,a design scheme of partitioned power distribution network is innovatively proposed by taking a domestic first-made 20,000 ton super-large container ship as the research object.According to its design concept,network structure,and equipment configuration of each node,the scheme minimizes the risk of a large number of reefer containers not working properly due to partial power supply interruption in the ship during the construction of the power distribution system of the ship’s power station.At the same time,for the electrical design difficulty of the frame value decision of the circuit breaker in the feeder panel,the single circuit breaker can provide power for all refrigerated containers in more than 99.9%of the occasions through the normal distribution mathematical model,and finally a reasonable selection is realized.The practicability and reliability of the design scheme are verified through the operation of the ship owner’s actual ship.
