摘要
从决定侧围外板A柱特征的造型、工程、冲压工艺3个方面进行阐述,分析各特征参数的可调性,对冲压工艺进行了合理的优化,综合分析并提出了最优的结构参数,获得可制造性较高的A柱,提高了零件的成形质量,保证项目的开发工作顺利进行。
The modeling,engineering,and stamping process that determine the characteristics of A pillar were expounded,and the tunability of characteristic parameters was analyzed.The stamping process was optimized reasonably,and the optimal structure parameters were put forward by com⁃prehensive analysis,which obtained A pillar with high manufacturability,improved the forming quality of parts,and ensured the project developing smoothly.
