不等径截面管梁冲压成形分析

摘要 针对不等径截面管梁无法实现卷圆,利用冲压的方法实现不等径截面管梁成形。首先根据封闭管梁截面特征并结合CAE分析结果,得到了封闭管梁成形所需的最少工序数;然后根据零件结构特征并结合冲压工艺特点,对每一工序冲模结构进行归纳总结;最后以扭力横梁为例,采用试制方式对管梁冲压成形进行验证。结果表明:对于封闭管梁,在试制阶段冲压所需的最少模具为3副,零件最大的减薄位置在截面周长变化最大处,约为12%。 Aiming at solving the problem that the pipe beam with unequal section could not realize edge rolling,a stamping method was proposed.Firstly,according to the section characteristics of the closed pipe beam and the CAE analysis results,the minimum number of processes required for forming the closed pipe beam was obtained.Then according to the structural characteristics of parts and the characteristics of stamping process,the structure of each process of stamping die was summarized.Finally,taking torsion beam as an example,the stamping forming of pipe beam was verified by trial production.The results showed that three stamping dies were required at least for closed pipe beam,and the maximum thinning position of parts was about 12%at the place where the section circumference changed the most.
