The structure design of mould for the decorative part of a vacuum cleaner panel was introduced, and the demoulding difficulty of fastener on the bottom of plastic part was analyzed, noting that the spring core was both a moulding part and an ejector part. In order to improve the moulding efficiency, the mould was designed with 2 cavities. The mould movement was stable and reliable, which could realize mass production.
