我国市场监管应急管理体系建设正处于稳步发展阶段,从全国整体规划出发,应首先建立科学、系统的市场监管应急标准体系。本文为应对市场监管部门管辖范围内发生的突发事件,聚焦于在采取应急措施过程中所执行的标准体系,并将此作为市场监管应急管理体系建设的基础,阐明了市场监管应急标准体系的内涵,分析了市场监管应急标准现存的问题,提出市场监管应急标准体系构建的任务,构建市场监管应急标准体系三维模型,总结提出了市场监管应急标准体系表,并对体系表中的重要标准做了说明,还对市场监管应急标准体系实施的价值进行了阐述。

The construction of China’s market supervision emergency management system is in the stage of steady development. Starting from the national overall planning, we should first establish a scientific and systematic standard system on market supervision emergency. This paper focuses on the standard system implemented in the process of taking emergency measures to deal with emergencies within the jurisdiction of the market supervision department, takes this as the basis for the construction of the market supervision emergency management system, expounds the connotation of the standard system on market supervision emergency, and analyzes the existing problems. This paper puts forward the task of constructing the standard system for market supervision emergency, constructs the three-dimensional model of the standard system, summarizes and puts forward the standard system table, explains the important standards in the table,and expounds the value of the implementation of the standard system.
