This paper analyzes the development status of Fengzhen moon cake industry, the characteristics of Fengzhen moon cake raw materials, the standardization construction of domestic moon cake industry and the development direction of Fengzhen moon cake standardization, and comes to the conclusion on how to promote the high-quality development of Fengzhen moon cake and how to build the moon cake industry standard system.
