摘要
外借服务是图书馆日常服务工作中的一项工作,主要是给读者提供借书证办理与图书借阅服务,重点对馆藏书籍进行合理性地运用。时代发展给外借服务提出更高层面的要求,工作人员应该关注到外借服务标准化流程的人性化和特色化,为读者提供更好的阅读服务,这样能推动外借服务的有序开展。本文结合在三明市少儿图书馆外借部工作的经验,浅谈提高外借服务标准化流程的人性化以及特色化的路径,以期提高阅读服务工作的完善性,强化读者的阅读体验。
Lending service is one of the daily services in the library, which mainly provides readers with library card management and book lending services, focusing on the rational use of the collection of books. Since the development of the times puts forward higher requirements for lending services, staff should pay attention to the humanization and characterization of the standardization process of lending services, provide readers with better reading services,so as to promote the orderly development of lending services. Based on the author’s experience as the director of the lending department of Sanming Children’s Library, this paper discusses the ways to improve the humanization and characterization of lending services, so as to improve the reading service and strengthen readers’ reading experience.
