近些年,建筑行业不断发展与进步,与常规建筑比较下,装配式建筑在各方面有一定的优势凸显,例如在实际施工中效率较高,专业性较强等。并且,在装配式建筑施工前期阶段中,由于建筑管道与墙体等统一实施预制方式,因此,在预制完成后即可通过运输到施工场地后直接安装,此种方式能够提高施工的效率,确保施工的整体水平。本文对装配式建筑设计标准体系的构建与应用进行深入性的分析与研究。

In recent years, the construction industry continues to develop and progress. Compared with conventional buildings, prefabricated buildings have certain advantages in all aspects, such as high efficiency and strong professionalism in actual construction. Moreover, in the early stage of prefabricated building construction, because the prefabrication method is uniformly implemented for building pipes and walls, it can be directly installed after being transported to the construction site after prefabrication. In this way, the construction efficiency can be improved and the overall level of construction can be ensured.
