摘要
目的:了解福州及周边地区高职助产专业技术人才需求情况。方法:利用问卷调研、领导访谈的方法对30所医疗机构进行调研。结果:未来五年大专人才需求占比为56.93%,中职人才需求占比为4.73%,本科人才需求占比为38.34%。结论:福州及周边地区对高职助产专业人才仍有较大需求,医学院校应根据市场需求制定或修订人陪方案,培养综合素质较高,符合市场需求的助产人才。
Objective: To understand the demand for vocational midwifery professionals in Fuzhou and surrounding areas.Methods: Use questionnaire surveys and leader interviews to investigate 30 medical institutions. Results: In the next five years, the demand for college talents will account for 56.93%, the demand for secondary vocational talents will account for 4.73%, and the demand for undergraduate talents will account for 38.34%. Conclusion: There is still a large demand for high-level midwifery professionals in Fuzhou and its surrounding areas. Medical schools should formulate or revise the escort program according to market needs to cultivate midwifery talents with high comprehensive quality and meet market needs.
