传染病疫情的护理标准化管理与医院感染控制

Standardized Nursing Management and Nosocomial Infection Control of Infectious Diseases

目的:为了做好基层医院的传染病疫情的标准化管理,防治出现病例漏报、谎报的情况,做好传染病疫情的管理措施。方法:本文选取徐州市中医院2019到2021年中六个月内的传染病患者的登记卡为研究对象,对传染病的病情报告的合格率、漏报以及误报的数量进行分析总结。结果:从总体病例来分析,徐州市中医院的传染病病例登记卡的合格率呈现上升趋势,漏报和误报的情况近乎没有。结论:徐州市中医院在近几年的传染病管理措施中,通过规范相应的制度措施,提升每个医护职工的职业意识,相比以前加强了对传染病患者的隔离制度,让传染病的护理管理和感染控制从整体水平提高了不少。

Objective: In order to do a good job in the standardized management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases in primary hospitals, to prevent and cure the situation of missing cases and false reports, and to do a good job in the management of epidemic situation of infectious diseases. Methods: In this paper, the registration cards of patients with infectious diseases in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine within six months from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the research object, and the qualified rate, missed report and the number of false reports of infectious diseases were analyzed and summarized.Results: From the analysis of the total cases, the qualified rate of the infectious disease case registration card in the hospital showed an increasing trend, and there was almost no false report or missing report. Conclusion: In the infectious disease management measures of the hospital in recent years, through standardizing the corresponding system measures and improving the professional awareness of each medical staff, compared with the previous practice, the isolation system for infectious disease patients has been strengthened, so that the nursing management and infection control of infectious diseases has improved a lot on the whole.
