产妇接受标准化电刺激与生物反馈康复治疗对改善其产后盆底肌力、疲劳度的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析标准化的电刺激和生物反馈康复对盆底肌改善及产后疲劳的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月在郑州工业应用技术学院附属新郑市人民医院分娩的妇女200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,比较术后两组盆底肌肉活动、盆底肌肉疲劳、盆底肌肉紧张情况。结果:观察组盆底肌电活动、盆底肌张力、持续收缩时间等治疗后指标优于对照组,盆底肌肉疲劳低于对照组,组间差异为P>0.05。结论:应用电刺激和生物反馈康复疗法改善盆底肌肌力和疲劳效果良好,该方法可有效改善产妇盆底肌收缩力,值得在临床上作为标准化方法广泛推广。 Objective: To analyze the effects of standardized electrical stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation on improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle and relieving postpartum fatigue. Methods: A total of 200 women who delivered in Xinzheng People’s Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou Institute of Industrial Application Technology from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each group, and the delivery situation of pelvic floor muscle fatigue, pelvic floor muscle tension after emG in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the indicators of pelvic floor muscle electrical activity, pelvic floor muscle tension and continuous contraction time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, while the pelvic floor muscle fatigue was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was P>0.05. Conclusion: The application of electrical stimulation and biofeedback rehabilitation therapy has a good effect on improving pelvic floor muscle strength and relieving fatigue, which can effectively improve the contractility of maternal pelvic floor muscle, and is worthy of being widely promoted as a standardized method in clinical practice.
